What to tell us
To give you an accurate quote quickly, it helps if you can let us know roughly:
- The address (or at least the postcode and street)
- The type of property — flat, house, bungalow, commercial
- Roughly how much there is to clear — single item, single room, full property
- Any tricky access — top-floor tenement, no parking, narrow stairs
- Any deadlines you are working to — sale date, lease handover, probate
Don't worry if you don't know exactly. We're happy to come and survey for free, anywhere in our service area.
Out of hours
Our office is open Monday to Saturday, 8am to 6pm. Outside those hours, please leave a message on the freephone number or use the mobile number for urgent matters. Voicemails are returned by 8am the next working day at the latest, and often the same evening if the message reaches us before 9pm.
